Unit 33
It only made logical that Adam’s father would have registered the storage facility in Adam’s name if Adam owned anything inside. When Adam requested the management to check his name, Unit 33 came up. He saw right once that Unit 33 appeared run-down and outdated. 33 was somewhat better than the trailer, but it was still rusty, webbed, and seemingly deserted.

Breaking In
It was empty for a very long time. The manager had to retrieve a rust-dissolving solution from his office in order to fix the padlock, which had completely rusted shut. Adam inserted the key into the lock once the solvent had taken effect. With a clatter, the padlock fell to the ground as it opened instantly. Adam asked the manager to accompany him as he looked around the apartment since he was nervous.
