The old newspaper was dated March 25th, 1951. This newspaper was called the Cleveland Plain Dealer. When they saw this, the couple was even more shocked than before. The newspaper was in almost perfect condition. They were able to read it and see what went on that day as if it was yesterday. It was – quite literally – a piece of history just sitting in front of them, ready to be explored and figured out.

The two were carefully looking at the old Cleveland newspaper with expressions of disbelief on their faces. They were so ecstatic and overwhelmed by all they had found so far. Of course, they couldn’t help but wonder then: how much was the money actually worth? They had to start counting all the bills and find out for themselves. All the same, it looked like it was a large amount, just at first glance.
