A Red Flag
Nancy had noticed that Camden had become abnormally withdrawn over the course of the previous few weeks. The normally outgoing and playful youngster appeared depressed and subdued. Aside from that, he was having difficulty concentrating during lessons, which was a major red flag for Nancy. The small child was isolating himself, and his teacher was well aware that there was a cause for his out-of-the-ordinary conduct. When a child requests to be alone, it is almost always a sign that trouble is brewing.
