Unbeknownst to Robert at the time, this dealership had a peculiar issue with people aimlessly drifting into the store without any intention to make a purchase. They possessed the uncanny ability to discern, with just a swift glance, whether someone was a genuine buyer or merely another window-shopper. Regrettably, it was for this very reason that poor Robert was mistakenly categorized. Without any justification whatsoever, he would bear the brunt of their relentless judgment.

Anticipation filled the sales floor as the door swung open, followed by the clamor of a ringing bell. All eyes turned towards the elderly gentleman who had just stepped inside. Unbeknownst to him, he became the subject of silent scrutiny, with every staff member sizing him up and silently passing judgment. Quickly refocusing on their tasks, most of the salesmen dismissed him, assuming he had no interest in purchasing a car. They judged him rashly, without reason. As Robert reluctantly stepped into this unfriendly atmosphere, a wave of uneasiness washed over him.
