However, she admits to having surgery for the contrary reason you might imagine. Winter had her breasts reduced because they were causing her back problems and frequent agony. She paid $16,000 for the difficult surgery. We’re not sure about the fillers and Botox.

Joan Rivers stated in her autobiography, The Book of Joan: Tales of Mirth, Mischief, and Manipulation, that she believes she has undergone around 350 different plastic surgery over the years. The comedian has remarked that she has never been content with her appearance. She did not hesitate to admit that she had cosmetic surgery to enhance her natural beauty. She had many nose jobs, eyelid surgery, eye surgery, Botox, and facelifts, among other procedures. She must have spent at least $100,000 on these items, but we are confident that the true cost is much greater.
