Desperation to Descend
Violet was alarmed by the growing disruptions, and her instincts begged her to get back to the shelter of the ship. She turned on her thrusters and made an effort to get away from the enigmatic aircraft. Warning lights flashed as she started the descent process, though. The landing mechanisms weren’t working properly. She was on the verge of going insane. Below, her exit was blocked, while above, the unknown awaited.
Every second that went by saw her situation getting worse.
Blocked Communication
Violet tried to hail the S.S. several times, but the emptiness of the sky felt more intimidating than ever. Aurora. Each effort was met with eerie silence, interrupted sometimes by bursts of static. She desperately turned knobs and flicked switches, but nothing changed the situation. She experienced an awful weight of loneliness when alone in the clouds, and her pain was exacerbated by her allies’ silence.
