Real estate agents historically have a way with words, it’s a quality that helps them succeed in their jobs. Whatever they may encounter, negative or positive, they always find a way to put a positive twist on it. Two rooms have been knocked into one? Well that’s an incredible big room you have here! Horrid carpet? Thankfully there is a lovely wood floor underneath, just waiting to be revealed. However, this one they may have some trouble with… Perhaps the word written on the wall is coconut?
