Giovanni Ribisi did a terrific job portraying Frank Jr., Phoebe’s younger and more rebellious brother. Even more illiterate than Phoebe appeared to be was Frank Jr. He loved melting objects and ninja stars. Oh, and he married Alice, his home economics teacher from high school, played by Debra Jo Rupp, and asked Phoebe to carry their triplets.

3. Dr. Richard Burke (Tom Selleck)
Tom Selleck has had a successful stint as NYPD Commissioner Frank Reagan on Blue Bloods, but he is still best recognized for his iconic leading role in Magnum P.I. His role as Monica’s older love interest, though, is still one of the show’s most cherished moments. Richard Burke, an eye doctor and family friend of the Gellers, was nearly one person of drinking age older than Monica, but he might have been the love of her life. Even though Chandler and Joey used to look up to Richard, he had Chandler frightened when he returned to her life.
