Almost Slipped Her Mind
It was difficult to keep the delighted children under control, and they were naturally slow to get to work in the morning. Mrs. Nabors’ daily routine seems to have fallen by the wayside on that particular day, and the bag check was almost completely forgotten. Children were meant to sit quietly while reading books, right? Then Mrs. Nabors remembered that she was the one who was supposed to conduct the search. The good news is that she didn’t completely forget about it.

When the teacher declared that the bag search was about to commence, her students promptly formed a line in front of the door. There was one female, on the other hand, who was keeping a close eye on the proceedings. Mrs. Nabors was certain that the second grader was not simply concealing an unlawful game in her luggage as she had previously assumed. It was when the teacher went to get the bag that she noticed that something was moving inside of it. She has come across a variety of strange stuff that children have sneaked into the building, but the wriggling figure was a first for her.
