Dhani Harrison Today
In 2006, he joined forces with other musicians to form the alternative rock band Thenewno2. Several new tracks have since been released by the band since its inception. Dhani is also a member of Fistful of Mercy, a punk rock band that also features Ben Harper and Joseph Arthur, as well as other musicians. His musical collaborations are currently extremely diverse. As a sideman, he’s toured extensively with Eric Clapton, appeared on Wu-Tang Clan’s “The Heart Gently Weeps,” and has appeared on live with Pearl Jam numerous times. Dhani married Solveig “Sola” Karadottir in 2012, but the marriage lasted only a few years before the pair separated. They were never married and never had children as a couple. Dhani, in addition to his artistic endeavors, took part in the Beatles computer game, which was released in 2008.
